1. Services Provided
We specialise in assisting couples in claiming the Marriage Tax Allowance from HMRC. Our services include:
- Assessing eligibility for the Marriage Tax Allowance.
- Preparing and submitting necessary documentation to HMRC on your behalf.
- Communicating with HMRC regarding your claim.
- Providing updates on the progress of your claim.
2. Fees
Our fee structure for the Marriage Tax Allowance claim service is as follows:
Service Fee: 30% of the tax refund received.
Minimum Fee: £125, applicable if the service fee calculated on the tax refund is less than £125.
Future Benefit Fee: £50. This fee is charged for ensuring you continue to benefit from the Marriage Tax Allowance in future tax years without needing to reapply annually.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure a smooth processing of your claim, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding your tax and employment history.
- Inform us promptly of any changes to your information or tax status.
- Cooperate fully with requests for additional information or documents that may be required by HMRC.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are due upon successful processing of your tax refund by HMRC. If HMRC pays your refund directly to you, you are obligated to pay our fees within 14 days of receipt. If we receive the refund, we will deduct our fees and transfer the balance to you.
5. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel our services within 14 days of agreement without any charge. If you cancel after a claim has been submitted to HMRC and a refund has been granted, our fees remain applicable.
6. Liability
We strive to provide accurate and effective services. However, we are not responsible for delays or failures to secure a refund that are due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you or direct actions taken by HMRC.
7. Data Protection
We adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure your personal information is kept secure and confidential. Your data will only be used to process your claim and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
